I like to find answers to difficult questions.

Research has the potential to offer solutions to long-standing problems. I've applied a diverse analytical skill set to explore a variety of social issues ranging from harassment in social media to health effects associated with experiences of prejudice and discrimination.  
I believe that research should be accessible to wide audiences in order to foster positive social change. Most importantly, I believe in the power of collaboration between academia, industry, and government to bring meaningful development in policy and community support networks. 

Through research and innovation, I am motivated to find solutions to a variety of challenging questions in an effort to make the world more equitable.
